Yeah. I've read that the general guideline is 64oz, plus an additional 8 for every 25 pounds that a person is overweight. It can add up fast and get overwhelming. I've got a lot of weight to lose, so I have been drinking a 32oz bottle of water with every meal and 8 oz before bed with medications...

My experience is that I loose because my body flushes out toxins. When you don't drink enough, you retain water to preserve. Once your body recognizes that it is getting steady water it will let go. Within a week of steady hydration I would imagine you will loose weight. I'm currently hydrating too. I notice that I have to…
