I suffered from shin splints for a long time and decided to try shin compression sleeves per an athlete friend's advice. I wear Zensah compression sleeves and keep them on for about an hour after running while my muscles recover, and I have not had pain since.

Try getting a filtered pitcher. I didn't drink nearly enough until I got one. Water tastes much better now.

I also have a polar FT4. It's great to have a more accurate number of calories burned. I found that I actually burned less than what the site and machines st the gym told me!

I started making myself crazy weighing everyday with the fluctuations, so I stick to once a week. Do whatever works best for you!

I use Designer Whey Protein and I love it. Best tastong powder I've ever used. I have chocolate and vanilla, and I love that the vanilla is all natural.
