Hello! I used to take Topomax (with another medication ) to fight my migraines for more than 8 years. It did help ; however , it had a side effect , weight GAIN (a lot). Do your research . Be careful . I hope it helps .

That! The reason that I stop eating two hours before going to bed is that like Tanya, I cannot have a good night sleep after I eat/snack/drink within two hour of my bedtime. The only exception is a glass of warm skim milk. It helps me to relax and adds to my protein intake. Whatever works for you! Marishka

What I usually do, I create my own recipe . Put exactly ingredients I used. Once cooked, I adjust quantity of.portions In this case, I always know my calories and nutrition intake . I hope it helps, Marishka

I completely agree with imsomony. You have to understand that there is no magic . Neither with or witho ut surgery , neither with or without MFP, YOU have to do a job! Hello :happy: I made the same choice (that was approved by my nutritionist ) and got a flax seed ground . I add it to anu food I like: meat, vegetables, soup, you name it. It doesn't have to be just yogurt. Hope it helps, Marishka

Well, as a dare “when I was in a college” I ate a plate of soup with THREE TABLE SPOONS of a ground HOT RED pepper! OMG, it was sooooo painful (especially afterwards). Yah-yeah-yah, It WAS stupid, BUT… remember “when I was in a college”. :noway:

Ok, since four month ago I had a bariatric procedure, I had to be on a liquid diet ten days before the surgery, ten days after and three more day each month after that.
