GREAT group and idea! I too have only been to 197 once in the last 15 years, that's the last time I can remember truly working on the weight loss. Right now I'm at 204. I got down to 200 in May, but then over the Summer gained it back. 199 will be a HUGE deal for me. I'm in!!

Are you doing strength training as well as weight loss? Need that to define muscles. There are a lot of good cicuit training videos or even youtube videos that you can watch using dumbbells.

I'm also at the office, but have access to a little mini-fridge which makes grapes or a v8 juice handi. Also apples, nuts and 100 calorie packs. My favorite and good for protein are the little 1.5 oz bags of jerky. Pringles pretzel sticks are one of the new things that I also like.
