I thought the same thing. What I've found is that even though you may not "look" like what you were expecting, every pound you lose is getting you closer to your goal and removing inches from your body. Eating smaller portions and when I'm full, I actually stop eating and stop trying to force myself to eat it all.

I was wondering the same thing. That's very encouraging news. I started back full speed at the end of February and felt like I wanted to give up, mostly because I haven't seen the weight falling off as quickly as I wanted.
