  • Start making your food ahead of time...I know it sounds lame but when I had busy days in school I carried around a lunch box or I put stuff in my purse.   • Try drinking tea throughout the day...especially green tea. It's good for you and helps boost metabolism. Also it keeps you full. I have a snacking problem and it's helping. I drink a dessert style tea at night to cut those sweet cravings too. Also get rid of the crap if it's in your house. If it's mine I will eat it.

  • I am also having a hard time losing. I can't break 115 at all! I am 5'4 and I upped my calories to 1350 and there are days I either exercise way more or way less...i am pretty busy with a show at the moment. Any advice on how i could break through this number.   • I think if you are working out as much as you are you should be eating WAY more than 1200. I would up it to 1400....that way with all the exercise you wouldnt have to eat back your calories because you'd have more to begin with. There is also the mindset of eating more to lose.   • I'm a couple days behind and will start day 3 tomorrow but have been doing my own quick workout and eating right inbetween. Didn't do it this morning as I got a bit of sun poisoning yesterday and am not feeling very well.

  • Air popped pop corn. Raw nuts. I LOVE raw almonds as they have protein in them. hummus and carrots. I have a HUGE problem with snacking so i am trying too. I find that Lara bars or Luna bars are great too. All under 200 calories.
