I'm eating a catfish filet cooked myself, one hush puppy, some brocolli slaw, and baked beans....fits in my diet and my macros...ate a super healthy breakfast and lunch!

I am on Level 2 Day 2. Tomorrow will be a rest day from the shred. Instead I will be doing a treadmill workout and back at it Friday and Saturday. I am realizing I need a day to rest to let my muscles heal and so I can actually do the exercises effectively. I can see a bit of difference will maybe post pics come day 15!

We are both actors who are each others competition. It just annoys me that she wants to get fit but doesnt eat right and ONLY decided to workout because I am thin. I dunno I find it weird

I guess I keep working out and this will maybe motivate me to eat better and exercise harder. I just hate how its become a thing for her and my boss all because I was the one to lose weight. She was always like you look so skinny don't lose weight! Grr

avocado, chick peas, black beans, quinoa, green and red peppers, feta and or goat cheese. A salad of just quinoa, black beans, avocado, canned corn, red onion, with like a lime/chili vinegarette is awesome and quinoa is filling and you can make a bunch ahead and eat plan with meals and then add to salads!

Day 3 tonight...i skipped doing it saturday and supplimented another workout. I find level one really boring so I may only do five days then switch to level 2!

Chicken piccata SUPER easy! Sautee the chicken in a little bit of butter and olive oil. I sometimes also add fresh garlic too. I am that height and my goal weight is 108. Currently at around 112. My BFP currently it around 18% and I want to be around 16 to 15% I have a very small frame :)

I tried 1200 a day but always ended up cheating. Now that it's set higher hitting 1200 feels better for me. I ALWAYS aim for hitting 1200 as that is what your body needs to survive. I should add that I don't own a car so I walk EVERYWHERE! I try to eat mostly vegetarian and getting in protein is hard. I will try to add it to cereal and yogurt and stuff.

5'4" HW: 120 (size 4/5) CW: 112 (Size 1 to 2) (26/27) GW: 108-110 (0/1) 25/27 Sizing all depends on brands. Even when I WAS 108 I was wearing a 27...designer brands run small and places like Gap, J.Crew, Banana, etc. all practice glory sizing. I.E it says a 0 but it's really a 2.
