I have a samsung galaxy what is the best app for C25K ? I use a paper copy and watch my time. I do this on a treadmill while watching tv. Would love to get outside now that it is cooler. I am W5D2. I used to love the show. I found motivation in it. This year though has been painful. I don't like the backstabing or the attitude of a lot of the contestants. It's sad I don't think they are all like that. Too much drama for a show that is suppose to motivate! It better get better or I will quit watching :(

I too just finished week two day two... I am 5'6" and 214lbs. I walk at usually a 3.0 and jog at 4.0. I never was a runner so I am hoping to be able to at least jog. I am finding it more difficult. i have been looking into the FitBit and actually ordered one. I wanted to try the BodyBugg but they were too expensive for me. The fitbit does have a $45 monthly fee if you choose to subscribe. I bought the wii game and had a hard time learning the moves. I wanted to learn some of the moves before taking a class but felt totally lost and unco-ordinated!
