I'm in the same boat.. The weight just isn't budging! I've been keeping a close eye on my calories, with only a small amount of weight I'd like to lose. I figured perhaps I'm building muscle which is heavier than fat, so perhaps I need to buy a tape measure to see if I'm getting results around my waist
