I just started this program on Monday & have lost 7 pounds!! I'm happy, but that just doesn't sound right to me. I ALWAYS weigh first thing in the morning, before any coffee or food & always in my birthday suit. My advice is to weigh first thing in the morning & to only weigh about once a week. I really love this program.…
