  • Day 5 Mini Goal: For today I walked 15mins out of my lunch break. My goal for the week, weather permitting is to go for a walk on lunch everyday! I will do at least 20 mins of cardio at the gym. Log everything I eat! Good luck all!!

  • Day 3 (mini goal) 9/5: No gym for me :( I am volunteering at our local booster club booth for the high school football game. I will eat dinner before I go so do not end up snacking! I plan to wake up early Saturday and head to the gym for a nice morning workout!! and of course to stay within calorie goals!! Hope everyone…

  • Day two (mini goal) 9/4: Go to the gym - labrada lean body work out from bodybuilding.com (back and biceps) ** work on my form** 15 min of Arc Trainer hill work out L4 15 min of Stairmaster of course stay within my calorie limit and work on hitting my daily macros!!

  • This is only the second group I have joined! I am hoping to lose 15 lbs in 100 days. My goals for this challenge are to actually weigh to foods I eat instead of estimating. I planned to do at least 20 mins of cardio per gym session (4-5days/week) and work on lifting heavy weights!! I will weigh in on Fridays, and post here…
  • I am guilty of the same thing!! What I have started to do is keep a granola bar for immediately after the gym to hold me over until dinner is done. I have a 45 min drive home from the gym so I am usually starving!! The granola bar helps! Also try protein shakes this seems to help too. Good Luck :)
