special k makes a new protein cereal--blue box. low cal w/ lots of extra protein. kinda bland but if you doctor it up with some mix-ins it's great for keeping you full.

for 3 days i had only 650 calories but i still felt like i ate way too much. keeping track of how much i take in really makes me want to eat less. there's definitely something to seeing what you eat in written form!
