yeah- thought so.... today just seemed too easy... I was eating plenty... and still have "extra" calories according to MFP....

I usually put a few less minutes I worked out into the database- but I still feel that It's over- has anyone GAINED or NOT LOST weight by accidentally going over in calories due to the off cardio activities on MFP?

Some people have told me its WAYYYY off- some people are saying its dead on.. I know either way im still not eating as much as i WAS before i was dieting.. but I know im eating more than a day where i dont work out... Aye yi yi.... :/

crap... :/ I feel like maybe eating my exercise calories back may be making me eat more than I should if they aren't accurate! crap!

I try to NOT eat bread... every once in while when I need to go grocery shopping or something I'll have a slice.. and I'll admit- its amazing.. haha I do love me some bread!! but I find that when I cut out carbs (or as many as possible for that matter) I do much better at losing weight.

I'm doing 30-40 minutes of cardio in the morning and 15-20 minutes of strength exercises... including squats, chair sits, leg lifts... sit ups... and some arm work..

Im losing about 2 pounds a week. sometimes 3.. I haven't measured them- but they feel bulkier... it feels like Ive probably gained at least and inch all around :/

17 years old :) 5'6 SW:191 CW:184 GW: maybe 145-150 :) Cutting carbs has helped me a lot by the way guys :) that- and pre-making my meals for the next day or two helps me not to binge.
