How accurate are the of calories burned on MFP exercises?
When you go to add a cardio exercise on my fitness pal, for example "Dancing general -30 minutes" or "walking slow moderate pace" how accurate is the amount of calories it says you burned? it seems way too high for what I'm doing???

gained a pound since yesterday..
I weigh myself at the same time every day on a digital scale before i eat.. annnnnnnnnnnnnd... I gained a 1.2 pounds.. annnnd im pretty bummed out.. I know its not a whole lot... but i have no motivation today.. I need some support.

Gaining muscle in my thighs but not losing the fat??
Hey guys, I've been eating healthy and working out and losing weight in general- but I noticed my thighs are getting BIGGER ... I'd like to TONE them down and work on my butt too (don't we all?) any tips or advice on why they aren't getting smaller??
