i finished this workout already. lost 10 pounds doing this. fritostyle, i log it as circuit training, general, 20 minutes, approx 160 calories burned :)

drink 1 glass of water first thing in the morning, exercise, drink 1 to 2 glasses, eat breakfast, drink one glass, eat snack, drink one glass, eat lunch, drink one glass, another glass after eating my afternoon snack, another glass before and 1 glass after dinner. total of 8-9 glass a day ^_^
