HI, I've used the Walk Away the Pounds for a on and off for a couple of years, and I love them. Thanks to the Army my knees are shot so some of the other exercises are way out, but this is a low impact workout that still works.

When I was in the army I had the same trouble, I would loose weight, even loose inches off my waste and hips but body fat index would be the same. Then someone pointed out that my neck was much smaller, so I worked out my neck and was able to pass with flying colors.

If I see that people are eating less than 1000 calories in a day I do comment, some of them like myself might have been busy and didn't eat. Some might not have realized how horrible it is for them to do that. I average between 1300 and 1500, but I'm also a big girl. I don't delete them who knows they might need help.

I havn't told really anyone except for my Husband. I have MPF friends but for the most part they ignored me, so I just started to come onto MPF to just log in my calories. Oh well. I got stuck for a couple of weeks and I'm trying to get back on track. The only person who can motivate you is you. Don't try to change for…

I have to agree with the other post, but I would also advise going to a dietician, they might be able to explain to you what you might be doing wrong and how to improve it. I know if you are on blood pressure medication, that that can slow down the weight loss (don't stop taking it) Good luck, if you need a sholder just…

I'm a former Army Captain, I started to gain weight after coming back home from Afghanistan in 2006. I left the army that September and got married to a Soldier. In the summer of 2007 my husband deployed and I gained the rest. We are both out of the army and I’m struggling now to get back in the shape that I was at one…

I know I'm fat, and it's my fault that I am, I was in the Army I knew how to stay fit. Though I do love it when I get asked if I'm pregnant, and I have to reply "no I'm just fat" they are so scared that they offended me. I will tell the truth, it does hurt but I know whta I am, and why I am this way.

My parents were 20 years apart, My mother was 30 when she married my 50 year old father who had grandchildren. Both were established and it worked till my father died of a heart condition (he was 300 pounds). Two of my friends are married to men who are between 12 and 20 years older and it works, in one case she is much…

Thanks, good luck to you also, if you need help let me know I fought my weight the entire time I was in so I have lots of experience.

Wait, Let me explain My husband is home and has been, we are both out but I gained most of my weight when he was gone and no I didn't sleep too well for 15 months, so now I have the battle of loosing the weight that I gained and still not getting too much sleep because of school.

I think the frustrating thing is I know what I was before and I know I did this to myself. I now try to eat a lot of fruits and veggies like carrots (I LOVE CARROTS), apples are my favorite mid morning snack. Last semester I snacked badly during class and study and this semester i have made the descision to eat carrots and…

I left Avtive Duty Army 5 years ago and If I can loose the wieght I would like to go into the reserve.

I understand, when I left the army I gained 60 pounds in a year and now I'm having trouble losing wieght. It's so frustrating, I've been working out for several weeks and keeping my calorie intake under 1800, I have seen nothing but weight gain.
