think i am just going to try a whey protein shake in the evening after my wokout(poosibly use it as a meal replacement for my dinner aswel as i dont get to eat until about 8.30- 9pm in the evening

yeh i just need abit more energy, exercising every day is taking its toll, altho wonder if im better with a protein shake to help with recovery?

even at holland and barrat? obvs at the gym i can buy ephedrine but not sure i fancy those, althop they seem to be the rage. what do you think are the best protein shakes for women?

Thankyou everyone, some great advice i know people say dont eat carbs but i tried that and was so tired in the evening that i couldnt be bothered to exercise and also went very dizzy when exercising however if i up my calorie intake then i will be able to eat more protein meals throughout the day which will hopefully give…

hiya yes i did wonder about inch loss so i took my measurements last week, will measure again next week and see if theres a difference, my boyfriend reckons i have lost weight off my face and stomach but i cant see it.....and neither can the scales ahahah

Thanks for your replys everyone i will try upping my calories my about 300 and see how i go... as for the carbs - i tries very little carbs but by teatime i was so tired and had no energy for exercise which is why i started adding the tuna pasta in at lunch this losing weight is so hard...and im trying so hard ha thanks so…

and i do various exercises, mon -gym and swim tues -boxercise wed -swim thurs -zumba and swim fri -gym and swim sat -zumba and zumba tone sunday -pump and on top of that i take my dog on a 3 mile fast walk/run atl;east 4 times a week
