I have a man's typical beer belly, which apparently on me is mostly visceral fat rather than the less worrying kind that is just under the skin that makes a belly hang. mine tends to stick out instead! Anyhoo.. I've been looking and apparently reducing pasta is a good way to combat visceral fat?

RE: Core strengthening: This is totally wrong. Getting greater strength and definition on muscles that are covered in inches of fat does not help. This is a well known fallacy. It's a dietary change that needs to be done.
