i checked but I dont see my phone as an option. Just a bunch of apps, included google fit which I already have connected on MFP, that I will have to download and then connect. I guess i will have to look into that, if I want to be able to see my steps included with my daily meals.

OMG! Please dont do that! It is never good to go below 1200 calories. Do some extra cardio today...Your body will love you more for it.

This site has definitely helped me put a visual to what I am eating and the calories I'm burning during exercise but I do still struggle as my personal life has been like riding a roller coaster. But no matter how steep the hill is going up or coming down I always make sure to record my food. lol.
