Great Job! I started clean eating and the 30 day shred about 3 weeks ago and wish I had taken pictures or at least measurements. Keep up the hard work, your doing fantastic!

count me in! Still involved in a January 10 pound challenge and have 4 pounds to go and hoping to achieve it, but am very happy with the results none the less. These groups are truly motivating and feels to go to report any type of loss. Good luck to everyone!

Really could use some friends (support) myself, add me if you"d like. Just started 2 weeks ago and need to get some weight off and with the holidays around the corner--it's going to be a little bit of a challenge.

I run 3 times a week. My goal is to do a half marathon. Got back into running in September, was on crutches for a stress fracture for 9 weeks. Before the injury I did a 5k and a 10k and now after the injury I've done a 5k. Signed up for a turkey trot on Thanksgiving and look forward to losing weight and running better.

yes! I have only done a few 5k's and a 10k. Had a stress fracture and back to running now, my goal is a half marathon.
