  • I turned 50 last July and lost over 40 lbs. with Medifast products but slipped during the holidays. I have decided to try a new approach and see if that won't get me jumpstarted again. Look forward to all the wonderful posts. Needs lots of encouragement being new to this. Pam :smile:
