I wanted James to win so bad!! I am very upset he was voting off before Hayley!! I was NOT impressed with her attitude and personality last night!!! I was hoping she would be voted off tonight! Now I hope Lauren wins it all!!!!

Your before photo is what most people I know, including myself, dream to took like. I think your after photo is too skinny. But if that's what makes you happy then congrats.

Have personally tried it, although not every day! Loved it and I would definitely get one, but I was unable to tell of any weight loss since I don't own it and coudn't do it every day.
