  • Went out of town on my days off and did next to nothing for exercise. Did not eat the greatest as well. Back home and trying to get back into the mode of my daily routine again. Gained approximately 2 pounds. Going to work very hard this week to lose that weight. I know I can do it!!!!
  • Hi all, I am a nurse that works in Mental Health and Addictions. I as well find it hard to avoid the cafeteria and late night snacking. My goal is to lose approximately 12 pounds.
  • Sunday was my best day so far....I was constantly exercising and was to the point that when I went to bed I crashed. I was even sore on Monday. Today is my bad day. I cheated and ate a bag of Cheetos. I feel bad and now I am doing alot of step ups to try and lose those calories. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
  • That sounds great, then we can just search our user name, like the idea. This makes it easier when one is looking for motivational posts and having to search a name is so much easier.
  • Hi there, Today I am 150.4. My long term goal is to get to 140. For the month of September I will be happy with five pounds. We can all reach our goals with each other. Having a motivational team is just what I need. :happy:
