I always have trouble getting mine to crisp. I have tried so many cooking techniques and it never works. Of course the store bought frozen ones crisp just fine, but I much prefer making my own, and they never crisp, and definitely not evenly

I drink as much water as possible. you can check their site. there's a spot for store locator. I've seen it in stores around here even though they don't show up when I search store locator on their site. Whole Foods carries it. I get mine from Jungle Jim's because it's a lot cheaper there

getting up early to exercise used to be rough, but now i love it. it's so nice to get it out of the way. I cut mine into fries and put chili powder on them. I have read that you should cut them and then soak them in water for 30 minutes prior to baking them to get off excess starch. it also said that stirring up an egg white until it's foamy and then tossing the cut potatoes in that will help them crisp better.
