I'm a grazer - I have to have drive-by snacking material. So, got rid of the sweets and crackers, and loaded the fridge with raw veg. I also have a qt of dip that I make by pureeing a big container of light cottage cheese until smooth, then adding a packet of ranch mix - 10 cals/tbsp.

I've seen ones that have some kind of RFID or weigh sensor system - so the computer keeps an inventory list and tells you when you are out of things/low. I have a computer like that too - eyeballs! :D

After losing 100 lbs on my last weight loss journey (and gaining 45 back) - I can tell you from experience that losing 32 lbs (congratulations!!) will almost definitely have shifted your bra size. I had lost 50 lbs before one of my friends noticed and dragged me in for a fitting on the spot.
