  • Thanxs for the info everyone! I do use a heart rate monitor frequently just to see how hard I am working out! But I usually feel like I "deserve" to eat those extra calories since I worked out so hard. Maybe I will get the hang of it one of these days!!

  • PixieGoddess, I agree if you hand over the cash for a class you are less likely to skip out on your exercise! I think doing it in the morning, even if it is at 5am is worth it, otherwise you keep putting it off. Good luck, I know you can find a small increment of time to do this!!
  • My name is Gayle, I'm 31 years old with a 12 year old daughter and I think Zumba rocks! I take a class on Wednesday mornings and always look forward to it! I sweat like crazy and it seems that the dance moves work certain muscles I don't normally notice if I am just lifting weights.
