Good job on making it that far into Turbo Fire. That's awesome! What are your macros? how is your eating throughout the day? Are you eating small snacks/meals or just 3 main meals? I would say you should make sure you are getting a good balance of carbs/protein and enough water. I have lists of foods if you are interested.…

I have used Super Advanced Body Fortress which I like; GNC Amp which is okay; Shakeology was good; and Unjury (which has caused too many gas issues). Good luck!

I do think its all in personal preference. That being said, I have done it both ways and found that eating 6-8 small "meals" per day works: morning protein shake after work out (since I'm up at 6 am), breakfast at 9, snack at 11, lunch at 1, snack between 3-4, dinner at 6 (or later if I have hockey) then maybe a shake or…

Today was 23/90 P90X3: Dynamix and then there's hockey practice tonight after work. Woot! Gotta keep it going to stay warm in this -20 degree weather. :)

Do what works best for you. On Monday I am back to doubles. I have been slacking with the program and only have 6 weeks until my family cruise. I say do what works for you. Dont try to keep up with anyone else. Just do your thing :)

I am actually considering just doing Turbo Fire and on rest days, doing Fire Starter to keep it going. I think CLX is great but right now, I just dont have the energy. I feel bad but oh well. Maybe I will get the urge to do that on other days when I have more energy.

I think you have a pretty good plan. And I know its hard, but try to to worry about what they think. You are doing a great thing for you and its awesome that you want to keep it up during vacation. But have fun, splurges wont hurt in moderation. :)

I do hope you know you have done a great job and are continuing to do great just by pushing yourself forward. I am using TF/CLX doubles everyday and I only scheduled a rest day on Sundays but that doesn't always happen that way. I am feeling very discouraged and I'm on week 4. I am doing TF and CLX doubles. I modified the calendar to fit my schedule so I can do one of each for 5 days, and then TF55 on Saturdays. Its a goal and I've done them most days. Its a pretty awesome feeling and the results are amazing. :) I wish you luck on the hybrid.

I am starting CLX/TF hybrid on Monday. Just got CLX yesterday and have yet to read the info or open the package. So gonna do the starter discs to make sure I know what I'm doing first.

I just got mine in the mail yesterday. Going to do the starter discs starting tomorrow with Fire Starter then Monday start CLX/TF hybrid.

I am doing Fire Starter and the starter discs of CLX tomorrow morning and then my goal on Monday is to start CLX/TF hybrid. I have a cruise in less than 3 months and I gotta bust my butt! LOL

It must be the starter calendar that I got with the set. Cause those are the discs I used. I have decided to do the calendar I printed off BB and starting that on Monday.
