You say a lot of veggies, but how much exactly? What does your fiber intake look like as well? Eating a lot of fiber can help keep someone full as well.

You can be 'overweight' and healthy. Focus more on the inches and less on the scale. Getting obsessed with the scale is easy to do and it isn't worth it. Keep up the good work! You're doing great!

I wouldn't be surprised if you did that experiment with any kind of fast food or processed food and the results were the same. It is pretty gross. Moderation though!

Maybe he is saying that life is too short or too precious to stress over your body and eating habits all the time. At the end of the day if you have the body you want but haven't achieved other goals or you are alone then what is the point? That is just my take. That being said, body building might not be the be all end…

This. I agree with sticking up for yourself. I did and now they are aware of my dietary restrictions. I didn't make them change with me. For example, my mom often breads pork chops or chicken. I told her not to bread mine. If it helps, tell them you don't like the way it tastes that way. (So long as no feelings are hurt)…

The way i see it, if you eat a balanced diet and eat enough, you will feel better overall. No point in starving yourself and torturing yourself if you don't have to. You can eat enough and lose weight. There are days i don't get in enough calories and i can feel it. I end up hungry and miserable. Not worth it in my opinion.

Stevia, which is a natural sweetener, in my opinion tastes good in plain greek yogurt. That is saying a lot because stevia doesn't taste that great at all or in anything else. Cinnamon, fruit, or granola could work.

I am a blue belt in Tae Kwon-Do. :] We are human, we are allowed to make mistakes. I gained ten lbs over the semester which doesn't sound like a lot but at one point I was down 24 pounds and on my 5'2" frame I feel the difference. Lol. Now is the time to forgive and start again. Well.. on my second date with my boyfriend he had me buy us coffee and it was not necessarily a turn on but i stuck around and things are great. If you enjoy having him around then stick around and see what happens. You never know. It might take just hanging out with him a few times before you can make this decision.
