  • Well, I finished my T25 on Friday. I lost 15 lbs and a ton of inches! I am happy with the results although the lbs lost are less than I was hoping for initially. I just did the fit test for Insanity today. I am really hoping to lose 20 lbs on Insanity. We shall see though. I have 40 lbs until my goal.

I have always been a crash dieter, and I am really good at crash dieting, but I have really been trying to do it the right way, so only 6 lbs was discouraging, but I am now on Week 3 of BETA (haven't missed a day yet) and am now down 13 lbs total.   • A little discourged. I am on Day 3 of week 4 and am only down 6 lbs total. I was hoping to be down more by now :-( I have a lot to lose so I figured the first bit would come off faster! I never skip workouts and I stay at my calorie goal each day. Hopefully it will pick up soon.

  • Double workout day. I did the Abs this morning. Will do the Lower Focus when my youngest takes a nap! I am down 4 lbs this week so far. I haven't done measurements. I will do that tomorrow! I need to get a HR monitor so I know how much I burn :-)
  • I am on week 3, day 3. I have lost 2 lbs and 2 inches total. I feel a lot better with more energy and my workouts weren't as hard. The total body kills me though with all the weight on my wrists, but I know I have bad form!
