I have 103 pounds to loose. I am doing MFP recommended calories and excercise plan. I just started using GNC Womens Mega Multivitamin packs today to help with the weightloss. I definately need motavion!!:smile:

I have them often and yes, I want to eat everything in site too. I always want something sweet. A cookie, piece of cake,etc. I think it is becuase you feel so bad and then you feel better.

I am low carbing it too. I try to stay as close to 40g as I can. Truthfully, I have been averaging 70-80 g a day. I am really just starting myslef. There is no way I could only do 20 g a day.
