Love my fit bit and was so sad when it went through the wash a couple of weeks ago...have tried to live without it, but I am going to bite the bullet and buy another one.

I have one of these and did a comparison just today between that and my Timex HRM with a chest strap. The two were identical in heart rate readings and calories burned- I was pleasantly surprised! I use the free Iphone app for it that allows you to create different work outs. In my opinion, it's a GREAT tool!!!

I am 5'3 and currently at 168.4. At my happiest weight I was about 130 and would like to get between 130-135. Right now I am in about a size 12 pants, would like to be about 8. I am 39. Anyone want to buddy to help them reach their goal that is similar to mine??????

I am weighing in at 143.5 :sad: But I've been eating terrible and not getting my exercise in, so I have no one to blame but myself. Today I am refocusing and am going to get back on track!

Haven't done a structured workout since Monday. My husband is gone fishing this week, so that leaves me with the two kiddos and I just haven't found the time/energy to get my exercise in. I am still struggling to lose anything....we were traveling last weekend again for hockey so I didn't eat the best nor did I exercise. :( Still working on my water, doing okay with that, but it helps that we are doing a water challenge here at work :) My daughter has swim lessons tonight, so I am going to swim for that 1/2…

Hi all! Got 7 glasses of water in and 8 servings of fruits/veggies yesterday! Walked/Ran 3 miles on the treadmill Still up a few pounds, but not going to give up!

Got in all of my water :smile: Body Pump class last night: 60 minutes :happy: Food Intake: great during the day at work, not so great at home :embarassed: Up a couple more pounds...I am hoping it's water weight and the more I drink the more I'll lose :sad:

I am currently doing Level 3 of the 30DS and actually think it's easier than Level 2---it's a great workout! I shredded last night and walked 2 miles, so got an hour of exercise in. Weighed myself this morning, still up the 3 lbs that I gained :explode: but I am not giving up....

Did a Body Pump class last night...sore today, but it feels good. The class is an hour and then the kids and I took the dog for a 45 minute walk, so exercise was good yesterday. Good morning! Like the added challenge. I spent this last weekend with girlfriends I hadn't seen in over a year, so I didn't pay too much attention to my goals. Back on the wagon this morning. I am trying a new fitness class tonight at our Y, called Body Pump. It's an hour long so I am sure I'll get a great workout!

Good Morning! Got all of my water and exercise in yesterday, but no fruits or veggies. Stepped on the scale this morning and I am up 2 lbs from last week :explode: So today I am going to hit the water in hopes to flush my system IF I am retaining water. Day 3 Level 3 30DS (30 minutes) 2.25 mile run on Treadmill (38 minutes) 6 glasses of water in so far. No fruits or veggies :(

Starting the week of slow... Tried the KnockOut Workout "Lightweight" last night and decided I need to do the "heavyweight" workout instead. 30 minutes. Went to the Eclipse movie with a friend. Today will be better!

Bad weekend for me...I had too much fun with friends and family. But today is a new day. Got in Day 2 of Level 3; 30DS and 2.25 miles run/walk on the treadmll so total of 60 minutes exercise for me.

I average about 175 calories burnt per each workout. I just moved onto Level 3 and love it!

WooHoo everyone so far!!!! I weighed in at 138.8 (down 1.2 lbs!!!!) The scale is finally moving! Finished my Level 2 of 30DS last night, will move onto Level 3 today!
