If you want I will write down everyones info and keep track of progress. I think we should weigh in every week or every other week. I think if we have mini goals of an amount to lose by a certain date would help keep motivated or any other goals too

My name is Heather. i am a stay at home mom of a 2 yr old little boy. My wieght loss journey started a yr ago but I fell off track so this is my starting over point. My current weight is 192 Goal weight is 160-155 Right now I have one goal in place and that it to try to lose 10 lbs by Aptil 30

The amount of calories you burn has to do with your weight & how hard you are pushing yourself but you HRM is right! great Burn!

When I had a personal trainer we always did a 15 min warm up lifted weight then a 15 cool down. So I think what your doing is fine.

You should drink or eat protein within 30 mins after working out. Yogurt is great or drink a protein shake if you trying to lose weight look for the highest amount of protein for the least amount of calories. Hope this helps

I always buy the the chocolate kind wix it with water & ice in the shaker and drink it fast lol but it doesnt taste that bad. Another idea is if you buy the unflavored kind you can use water & add a crystal light on the go package thats like 10 cals makes it taste better too

I do zumba on by watching youtube videos lol but i use my HRM so if you want to add me & look at my excerises it will give you an example of about how many calories i burn

chex, fiber one & i know the drs say the kashi cereals are really good for you and high in fiber but i have never tried them

I know how you feel. I am at the 1200 limit too & what makes it even worse is my husband eats whatever he wants and never gains a pound lol. Good Luck!

My personal trainer always told me its ok to still workout if its a head cold but not to workout if it is a chest cold but it all depends on how you feel. Hope you get better soon
