CW 241 Right now my goal weight is to just be under 200. If done it many times but then always gain it back. I started working out again last week and I’m ready to get this journey started.

ahhh my husband drives me crazy!!! He can eat all day whatever he wants and not gain anything. I try to buy healthier stuff and make him eat it too lol or while he is eating junk I find something healthy

The same thing was said about my son at his 3yr check up. I am waiting til his 4 yr check up to see what they say. He will be 4 in jan and weighs 41 lbs but he has always been in the 95% on everything he was a big baby lol 9 lbs 15 oz. By no means is your grand daughter obese its sad that a such a young age they already…

I personally LOVE tattoos, i have 2 and my husband has 6. I find them attractive as long as its not too much.

I was on depo for a yr and gained over 25lbs. Depo was the worse I would never take it again or recommend it to anyone, hopefully you can get off of it soon

The coffee creamer and salad dressing...if you don't want to substitute it then just use less

I love mc donalds chicken nuggets. i say go for it but maybe get a 10 piece and not a 20 lol :)

Yes :( He is taller than me, active and in the military so he is in shape. Hopefully I will get close to his weight tho :)
