Every body is different. My body works better eating the same amount of carbs and protein so I ALWAYS go over what the site shows from protein. As long as your body doesn't protest, keep going over the protein.

I have been on a shot (Lupron) that has the same effects. Sometimes it makes it hard to workout because I feel like I could literally catch on fire!! I noticed that the more water I drink, the less the hot flashes come. And I mean A LOT of water! ICE COLD :drinker:

I have been wanting to do this because my back is REALLY weak and I have a slight curvature in my spine so my doctor says it will help. But I can't quite get a good rhythm! It should be good for burning some calories!!

Do a little workout while you watch survivor! Do some arm curls, some crunches, jumping jacks, anything!! Drink a bunch of water too!

I eat more protein every day than the calculator tells me to. I eat just as much protein as I do carbs (it's a body for Life thing). It's just how your body responds. Personally, I don't think it's a big deal.
