I started with dumbells :) learn basic lifts, curls, tricep extensions, chest presses, weighted squats and dumbell deadlifts. I used to squat while holding my 70lb pitbull :)

I watch it with the same trainwreck mentality that i watch most reality shows. We made it usefull though. Every time there's a product placement, everyone has to do 15 burpees.

Flatbreads (flatbread wow brand i think) cut into halves. Layer cheese (swiss or provolone are my absolute favorite white cheeses) Veggies (if frozen, thaw and drain) Sauce (premade or get a huge can of tomato sauce and divide it for different types) Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.

My hubby goes through phases like this. Ask him if somethings up-if he says no...tell him to quit being a pill. It comes and goes here. He gets pissy-he is basically shunned until he pulls his head out of his butt.

The best thing i ever did for feeling flabby was lift weights. You start feeling strong-and the stronger you get, the less gooey you feel.

I use an oven. Takes about 6 hours from start to finish. Decided to make cinnamon rolls and donuts too. Every carb is 100% better from scratch.
