I am 5'7" and 151 pounds. My GW is 130 pounds. I might keep going when I hit 130, I am all about seeing how my body feels.

When I was vegetarian for a while I ate seitan. I grounded it up and used it as taco meat and spaghetti. It was really good!

I find that some days I go over my calorie goal and other days I can't seem to make it. I would say do what your body is telling you and if you don't feel like eating then don't eat. But if you do feel like eating, go for it!

Definitely! I always say "You can do it!". I love to run next to someone who is a really good runner and that helps motivate me. I also pretend that my fav star is running next to me and I have to keep going so I wont embarrass myself. :)
