Just no. Lots of money, little to no extra weight loss, plus who the hell really knows what they're actually doing to you? Even if it did work, would you really be happy with your weight loss if it depended on buying this pill indefinitely?

Have some sugar/fat free sorbet or fudgecicles instead or, fat-free yogurt with real fruit and a little honey. How about air popped popcorn?

I don't think drinking water is the issue here...if you really had that much is excess of what your body needed, you would have just peed. 6lbs is an unreasonable amount to gain in one day- unless you've eaten 2 Chipotle burritos! If the trend continues I might see someone about it.

Dress it up with some Crystal Light or lemon juice.

If extra fiber/veggies and water isn't helping, I usually make some Senna tea. I find it more gentle and doesn't leave you sick like a traditional laxative- in fact, try to steer away from those entirely. :)

My favourite is liquid stevia. You just add a few drops and it tastes great without the nausea later. :) It's an all natural plant extract and has no calories.
