I've never been to Dunkin' Doughnuts As for Starbucks, always venti and always skinny: - Hot refresh mint tea - Coffee Frappuccino - Pumpkin Spice Latte or Frappuccino (eggnog is good too :) ) - Vanilla Latte - Sometimes a black iced coffee with coconut syrup...but they stopped carrying the coconut :(

My concern is that if you eat in the morning you're metabolism will start up and you'll eat more over the course of the day because you'll be more hungry overall

There are these burritos from Santiago's, they aren't that huge (maybe 2 inches around) and all they have in them are chicken and green chili...but 850 cals each! Ugh!

I don't understand, my BMI is 19.5 now. That's far from underweight...I don't want to gain any more weight. I've been binge eating well over 1,200cals or even 1,800cals by 1,000 calories sometimes. I'm not eligible for treatment anymore.

Why not have fat-free ranch? The brand I use only has 15 cals a TBS. i love adding Penzey's Arizona Dreaming spice to it, adds a kick of flavor and 0 cals.

Pasta of all kinds. I can eat like 4 cups of it in one sitting. It's a major binge food for me. Also ice cream, potato chips with french onion dip, and Chipotle burritos.

I lost weight on Lexapro, but I also saw halos around light sources and felt more compelled to cut/burn myself than ever before. That stuff is nasty! I'd stay away from it.

Congrazzles! I prefer to get a ring that fits a little snug, because my fingers constrict when I'm cold and I don't want them to fall off and become lost. Then you can wear it around your neck on a chain if you're pregnant or gain weight, and it's kind of incentive to lose.

I'm recovering from an ED, not trying to lose weight. I was just looking for some guidance and normalcy as far as when and what to eat. My BMI is just barely within the healthy range now.
