MFP has me down to 1250 calories...How do I change it

Just curious how to adjust my settings as now that I only want to lose about 15 more lbs, MFP has me down to 1250 calories and I honestly don't want to go that low. I do eat back my exercise calories (for the most part), but on days when I don't exercise, I don't feel like 1250 is high enough for me. I know I could just eat more and log it, but then it shows that I am always going over my calories on MFP....so my question is how do you adjust the settings to get more calories but still lose? Is that even possible?
Thank you for reading :0)! I have had a rough 2 months where I didn't journal and I am trying to get back on track, but I feel like this low of calories is setting me up to overeat later!

  • Go into personal settings and increase daily activity. ..I refer to the IIFYM site for my Macros though as I think MFP sets protein too low.

Go to "My Home" -> "Goals" -> "Change Goals"
    Choose "Custom" then "Continue"
You can change whatever you wish there and when you are done just hit "Continue"

You could increase your daily activity or lower the number of pounds you want to lose per week.

If you're not sure how many calories per day would be appropriate, you can choose "Guided" (rather than custom) and change your weekly weight loss goal to only 1/2 a pound per week.

One of the things that annoys me about MFP is that you can't have different calorie targets for workout days vs. non-workout days. I'd like to hit 1400 on non workout days but 1200 net on workout days. I just leave it at 1200 and go over when needed.
