My office is my trunk, so... Homemade choc chip cookies that I'll place in a box that I will construct entirely of candy bars that I am supposed to be selling (and not eating) OR The toilet plunger that I bought for a white elephant exchange, wrapped in dollar bills. Take your pick. :)

TMT is one of his easier programs, but still a good workout. I bought it to prepare myself for P90X.

My sandwich filler of the moment is: Take a 14 oz can of tomatoes with basil/oregano/garlic and stir in 2 TB of balsamic vinegar. Spoon over zucchini or eggplant slices in a baking dish w/nonstick spray and bake at 400 for maybe 20 min.

I usually eat about 1200 calories a day unless I'm starving - the least a small framed woman should eat without exercising (I'd add more if I'd actually exercise). That way, if I have a function to go to (or whatever), I eat as light as I can the rest of the day and just try not to overdo it at the function. If there's…
