Swim classes for the kids that forces you to wear a bathing suit? Too radical :)? My friend has one year old, and she is doing that. She has lost about 20 lbs in a fairly short amount of time? You can do it and have lost sooo much wt. already!! It is inspiring!!! :)

Me too - I have actually gained 5 lbs. !!! I am hoping to lose 10-15 lbs. Structured meal times have to be the only allowable times to even be in the kitchen, LOL.
