I do totally understand and I am happy for you. I put off getting help for 6 months after the dr. recommended it, but looking back, I can't figure out why. I'm sure that I thought that my reasoning was sound. I think part of it was denial, and part was looking at the financial aspect.

The basic rule of thumb is that the highest you should go is 220 minus your age. 60-80% of that number is a good aerobic target range.

I definitely agree about medication adjustments when losing.
