Got up sore from arthritis today, but have managed to get in grocery shopping, and several hours of working out getting the house ready for a dinner party. I'm at 40 oz. of water - better go drink some more!

Rose - I am so very sorry about Starr. We have had to put down both a German shepherd and a German shepherd/Rottweiler mix due to cancer, and I know how much it hurts. Hope everyone is doing well. I have had a pretty good day food wise, but no time for exercise, as I had choir practice at church. Tomorrow I plan to get back to the pool and get my swim in. It's "Hump" Day - Happy Wednesday to all!

Final workout report (because I can't stand up to mow any more!) This is what my status now says: burned 2815 calories doing 290 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Mowing lawn, general" I have had 104 oz of water so far, and usually I struggle to drink 40. I will call today a success. Happy Saturday, all!

11 AM report: Have burned 596 cals doing 1 hour of work in the yard, drank 24 oz. of water, and heading downtown for Santa Fe Trail festivities and a greenhouse trip to buy flowers for my ceremonial May Day porch potting! Later . . .

I am always happy to see when someone can stumble, and immediately pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again! I say never wait to say "I'll start over again in the morning," because why waste half of the day? Way to go, and here's to smart choices!

Right now, I am getting ready to put some pork tenderloin in a crock pot with some liquid smoke. I cook it slow, shred it, and serve with barbecue sauce. I am serving it to 40 people tomorrow night. Yum!

I was always exhausted, and found out I had sleep apnea, so even though I thought that I was getting plenty of sleep, I really wasn't. Doctors can be lifesavers - literally!
