I think some of my eating is just habit. Like when I drive, I think that I need to eat. Or maybe when watching TV. So now - I try not to watch as much TV to break that habit. I still have to drive, so I am trying to find better things to eat while I do it. Good luck!

I am a paraprofessional at a high school and work directly with students from the time that I walk in until I leave, so no chance to do anything that isn't work. Now, in my previous job, I could sneak in a few things, but was mostly too busy. I did sometimes manage to work on music for my church bell choir.

Well, I'm back from having my mother and sister here for Easter. It was a fun family time, but it felt good to get back to normal today. I make my own ranch dressing seasoning - it is much cheaper than the packets. Then I add it to buttermilk and olive oil mayo. Much better for you, and I actually prefer it. If anyone wants the seasoning recipe, message me. Here's to smart choices!
