  • I, too, go by the calorie count on MFP instead of Fitbit, it's just easier. However, I feel I need the 750 deficit Fitbit suggests. Should I just try to get my net calories on MFP to reflect 750 calories? And the safe way to do this is through more exercise, right? Thank you for any feedback!

I wish I could to the c25k, but I really don't like running...and I don't have a good place to run that's real convenient. My treadmill is older than dirt and doesn't work very well.   • I love using weights. I use 8# and 10# If I don't feel fatigued at the end of the workout, I'll do more reps, usually tricep kickbacks, or biceps until I can barely lift anymore. Thinking of bumping to 12#.
  • Don't stress Lynne, I'm going to be out of town myself Sat. and Sun. As long as you do something to get your heart rate up, sometimes as simple as jumping jacks in the morning or before you go to bed. Or do some yoga stretches. You'll be okay :) Have a fun, safe trip!
