Its a bit like biggest looser on a 1 to 1 basis. The results are amazing.... i guess its just a bit like bootcamp... shame boot camps are so expensive here!

I love my eyes, and my plus-size curvy figure, i have a little waist and a big booty, and i love my shapely legs, especially my calf's (more so from the front, than back lol)

After reading the post i went and brought some! Very tadty and the 750ml pots are £3 in sainsbury at the moment :)

I lost 3 stone on the old plan, but didn't have as good results with the new plan.... So stopped going. Using this instead :)
