HIIT questions?!?!
How do I know how many calories I have burnt with out a heart rate monitor? Or do I just go by the cals on the machine I've used? Also what exercise get the best results? As my weight seem to have plateaued. So thought I would give hiit a try

Eating well on the cheap
Has anyone got any ideas on how to eat well cheaply, moneys a lil tight this month. So need ideas. Got rice, noodles, pasta , two bags of frozen veg. ouch!pain streching tips!
Im not sure what the muscle is called but runs from my ankle up on the inside of my Shinn bone, both really hurt after work out. To be honest they were hurting when I started my workout yesterday so guess from my previous work out. Not sure how I can strech it out.... As its not my calf?

How else do you measure success?
As the title says really? How else do you measure your success other than what the scales say and the size of your clothes. For me there's a few things, being able to sit properly in the bath, my butt was too big before and my shoes are becoming rather roomy. building uper body muscle
I have found since I started pole dancing 2 months ago there is such a big difference in my arms / shoulders... As well as elsewhere... Lots of benefits from that one :) Any other activities anyone has noticed helps?

confused? exercise
Is this right? I spent an hour bustin my *kitten* off yesterday At the gym and only burnt 400cals and today went for a walk for an hour and 10mins and burnt 369cals... It just does seem right?

what do you eat on a typical day?
As above really, what do you normally at on a typical day, i was shocked to see i was easily consuming 4/5000 calories a day, so going down to 1377 is a bit of a shock, need some nice ideas....
