Hi I'm 51 and no children. I have dealt with all the nasty comments about why don't you want kids. I just never did is not an answer anyone can deal with. I do have a great husband of 20 years who also didn't want children. Love the ones I can send home, makes me appreciate my decision. LOL

They may be used to seeing you a little heavier and it is going to take time for them to adjust to the new you. I allow myself to have a "cheat meal" once a week. I only do one meal at a time and it may be breakfast, lunch, or dinner but never a whole day. When I have my "cheat meal" for the rest of the day I make sure to eat what I am allowed. This keeps me on track and I don't feel deprived, so I stay on track better. Also…
