Also forgot the whole "schedule" aspect of that question!!! Sorry.....I do rollerblading every other day...hot yoga at least 1-2 times a week...and then every day on my lunch break at work I walk for the 30 minutes around the building as that helps.

I love my Bikram or Hot Yoga...if you enjoy yoga this is an AMAZING workout! It burns between 700-1000 calories in the 90 minute sessions depending on your specifics. I had that same problem so I started to do the smaller portions every couple of hours and it has helped me push past my plateau. Like the other posts states 200-300 calorie portions is the best way to do it. I do like coffee and yogurt for breakfast...and then every couple of hours have something like10 oz of soup....then…
