  • I completed my first half marathon in March, and eventually I'd gotten to the point where I didn't feel exhausted after long runs. I made sure to run at a pace that was comfortable, and take walk breaks when I needed to. I was operating under the idea that long runs were supposed to be slow, and the goal was just to finish…
  • I had a Fitbit Ultra and was mostly happy with it. I had to get a replacement because my original Fitbit started slipping off of my clothes every time I wore it after about a year. The replacement cracked along the upper edge after a few months. After having it for so long, it was also hard for me to remember to take it…

  • I play, still loving it despite all of the launch issues. My one suggestion is to keep a clock handy. ;)
  • Definitely been there. I had to take a break from C25K and just run intervals that felt like they were comfortable for me. I also switched apps when I went back to it, to one that allowed me to change the duration of my walk/run intervals if I needed to. I still can't run 30 minutes straight, but at least I can now finish…
  • I use two tablespoons of so delicious coconut milk creamer. Since it already contains sugar, I don't add anything else.
  • I met a woman a few years ago who'd named her son Sephiroth.
  • The Sims 3? I've had to put it down for awhile because it's hard to just quit once you get into it.
  • I heard a joke once that when Summer Glau makes an appearance on a show, that marks the beginning of the end of it. i guess Grey's Anatomy is finished. :(
  • Make new friends!!! :D Every time I find myself in that situation, I make contact with someone on another server and go reroll there. I won't tell you how many characters I have on my account. :(
  • I work for a local government, so not very nerdy. Still trying to figure out how to fundraise at work for Extra Life without outing myself. Reading through this topic is making me kind of envious. :)
  • I have alliance characters that I still somewhat pay attention to on Silver hand, Moon Guard and Wyrmrest Accord. I probably won't really get back into playing again until the expansion.
  • I realized today that JUST IN CASE I may have been tempted to be lazy and/or stay up all night, the three day headstart for Guild Wars 2 starts on the 25th. My first 5k is on the 25th. Aw.
  • I can't seem to find a size chart on your site?
  • I assumed that it would be wider too, not longer. It was confusing, but I'm glad that there are some taller ladies out there who would love that size. I decided to keep the shirts anyway since I'm probably judging myself worse than anyone else would be.
  • I agree with this. I prefer to just go out and do what my body feels it can handle, so I don't really care much for C25K. The only benefit that I've had from using it is that it prevents me from ramping up the distance too quickly, which I have found leads to a lot of pain. :(
  • I still absolutely want to look good (to me), but I found it was more motivating to me to have a fitness related goal than a weight goal. After a couple of weeks of working out and attempting to watch what I eat, the scale hadn't budged much but I noticed that I could walk faster and farther without pain or extreme…
  • Some of my coworkers do this sometimes. All of them know that I'm losing weight and some of them are right there with me. Two of them just don't get it though. If it's something that I actually want and won't throw me off too badly, I'll eat it. If it's something that I want but just can't have that day (already had my…
  • I'm really really (Really!) excited for Guild Wars 2, but not so excited that I'll stop working out for it.
  • I decided to start walking with the intent to run about two months ago and finally started seeing some weight loss as a result. To reward myself, I thought I'd splurge a little on a cute running skirt. They go up to a 10. I generally wear a 14. That's when I found out that Lululemon doesn't make clothes for us bigger…
  • Definitely bucky balls.

  • I'm in love with The Hollows series by Kim Harrison.
  • I've used it on the treadmill with no problem. It would probably be fine on the elliptical too. You have to set it to use the accelerometer instead of GPS though, and it works better if you have it in an armband.
  • I tried to start a C25K program twice and felt the first workout to be ridiculously difficult, so I went back to walking. A month later and I'm slowly adding in a little bit of jogging. I guess you could call me an aspiring runner?
  • Adultfanfiction.net has some really good Dragon Age stuff..... *creeps away*
  • Don't feel bad. I'm eagerly awaiting the enhanced edition.
  • Just purchased my membership. So excited!!!
  • I loved TNG (and Reading Rainbow) as a kid, but my love stops at around $100. $350 is way past ridiculous to me.
  • It would be my second. The first con that I went to was much, much MUCH smaller. So yeah, I'm completely anticipating being overwhelmed....fortunately I'll be there with people who have been a few times before.
  • I've never been. I have a friend who lives in the area now and is offering thier guest room, so I'm debating whether or not to go. So far leaning towards yes!
  • Lately I've been going through a "I have all of these games but no idea what I want to play' phase and I totally forgot about DA:O!
